Your Story, Sung is a personalised song service. Our team turns the story you tell us into lyrics for your approval, and professionals handle the recording's final production.
When you buy, you receive the audio file and personal-use rights to your song: play it, share it, use it at your wedding or your party, post it on your own channels.
We don't write songs containing hate, harassment, threats or sexually explicit material, and we don't use the voice or likeness of real people without permission. If an order falls into that, we cancel it and refund in full.
Privacy
We keep the minimum: your email address, the story you write and the approved lyrics. They're used to produce your song, deliver it and handle revisions or refunds.
Your story is never sold, never passed to third parties for advertising and never published anywhere. Only the people producing your song see it.
Payment is handled by the payment provider: we never see or store your card number.
You can email us to delete your story and your data at any time, and we do it within 30 days.
Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund. You send an email, we refund. No forms, no awkward questions.
Before refunding we'll offer to revise the song: on the Complete plan revisions are unlimited and usually fix it. But a revision is never a condition of getting your money back.
The refund goes back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
